Amanda Scott
Veterinary Assistant &
Business Office Support
Amanda Scott joined Carolina Animal Hospital in the fall of 2007. In addition to her Veterinary Assistant duties, she also supports the practice in the area of Business Office Management.
Mrs. Scott received her Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resource Management from the University of Tennessee - Martin Campus. Her work in Wildlife Biology included special projects assistance to The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service and The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency and an internship position with the Nashville Zoo. Her prior experience includes several years in both Receptionist and Veterinary Assistant roles with Small Animal General Practices.
Amanda and her husband share their home with Elvis and Mia, two cats, and Sierra, a mixed breed dog. The Scott's adopted Sierra from our hospital after she underwent multiple procedures to repair injuries sustained due to prior neglect. |
Brian Sprinczeles
Veterinary Assistant &
Facility Operations Support
Brian Sprinczeles started with our practice in the spring of 2007. In addition to his Veterinary Assistant duties, he also supports the practice in the areas of Equipment, Inventory and Facility Operations.
Mr. Sprinczeles attended The State University of New York - Farmingdale Campus with a focus area in Vocation training. Brian previously had six years experience in Veterinary Assistant positions at both General Practices and a Referral Specialty Practice. His veterinary work included performing laboratory sample testing and maintaining specialized equipment and instruments.
Away from Carolina Animal Hospital, Brian shares his home with Bob the Pug. His other hobbies and interests include tennis, art and automotive mechanical tinkering.

Keva Tingen
Veterinary Assistant &
Client / Patient Care Support
Keva Tingen joined our staff in the winter of 2006, just months after our opening. In addition to her Veterinary Assistant duties, she also supports our hospital in the areas of Client and Patient Care.
Mrs. Tingen is currently furthering her education by pursuing certification as a Licensed Veterinary Technician. Her prior experience includes work with the County Animal Shelter and Animal Control, and several years as a Veterinary Assistant with Small Animal General Practices in the Triangle area.
Outside of work, Keva lives with her husband and their daughter, Rachael. They have two labrador retrievers, Exxon and Dutchess, three cats, Mary, October and Asphalt, a Turtle, Dumbledor and two horses, Freedom and Liberty. The family enjoys trail riding and white water rafting. |
